A new café will open its doors in Burlington County with a simple but ambitious mission: to serve the community the best bagels and coffee under one roof. Bagel or Nothing, located at 71 Springside Road in Westampton Township (next to CVS), will officially welcome guests with a menu designed around fresh bagels and cream cheese, and quality brews.
The family-owned business is the latest venture from South Jersey natives with more than two decades of food and beverage industry experience. Their entrepreneurial journey began with a small mom-and-pop donut shop that became a staple in the Michigan community they lived in for over a decade.
Now, having returned to their Burlington County roots, the family is pouring that same passion into bagels and coffee. “All of our bagels and cream cheeses are made fresh daily, right here in-house,” the owners said. “We’ll be offering over 20 bagel flavors, from the classics like plain and everything to cinnamon raisin and more. And, of course, we’ll have signature breakfast and lunch sandwiches — including unique creations like the Bee Sting Sausage, Egg, and Cheese.”
The café’s beverage program centers on a carefully sourced, organic, small-batch Latin-inspired roaster known for sustainable farming and bold, smooth flavors. Guests can expect espresso drinks, cold brew, seasonal specialties, teas, refreshers, and premium matcha lattes.
The focus on just bagels and coffee is intentional. “We noticed that most shops excelled at one or the other,” the family explained. “You’d find great bagels but not great coffee, or the other way around. Instead of spreading ourselves thin, we want to do two things exceptionally well. Westampton doesn’t have a café that makes bagels and cream cheese from scratch and pairs them with truly premium coffee. We felt the community deserved that.”
With its mix of tradition, creativity, and community roots, Bagel or Nothing is poised to become a go-to destination in Westampton for breakfast, lunch, or a coffee break.
Bagel or Nothing plans to open in October.
