A longtime Delran pizza shop is celebrating a big milestone this year. Bella Pizza Cafe is marking its 20th anniversary, recognizing two decades of serving the local community.
Located at 100 Brown Street in Delran, Bella Pizza Cafe is owned by Oliver Herrera and Manny Vasquez-Herrera. Over the years, the neighborhood pizzeria has built an extensive menu that goes well beyond traditional pizza.
Customers will find classic and specialty pizzas, including Sicilian and deep-dish varieties, along with cheesesteaks, hoagies, wings, wraps, paninis, burgers, salads, pasta dinners and other Italian-American favorites. One of the specialty pies even bears Oliver’s name: Oliver’s Favorite, made with pepperoni, pepper flakes, parsley, black pepper and honey.
Reaching 20 years is an impressive milestone for any independently owned restaurant, particularly in an industry where longevity isn’t easy. For Bella Pizza Cafe, the anniversary represents two decades of feeding generations of Delran-area families and becoming a familiar part of the local dining scene.
