Before his new post at Braddock’s, Chef George Cole was the Executive Chef at the Asbury Hotel in Asbury Park, NJ. His years of experience and culinary expertise have elevated Braddock’s cuisine to the next level, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

Braddock’s is also well known for its Pub-style bar and handcrafted cocktail program, lead by Beverage Director Ryan Arthur. For over eight years, Ryan has used his 20 years experience as a bartender to expand the cocktail game at Braddock’s, elevating classic libations, adding new and exciting cocktails, including seasonal selections. “My favorite cocktails are any of the classics, Manhattan, Martini, old-fashioned, Hemingway, etc.,” Arthur told South Jersey Food Scene. “I love the lost art of customer service and making the guest’s day when they sit down in front of me.”
