This just in! Bricco Coal Fired Pizza is opening a 2nd location at Cross Country Plaza in Cherry Hill (on the Marlton border) at 2110 Route 70 E, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. Not only will it be Bricco 2.0, but since the space will be bigger than the Westmont location, it will be expanding its menu offerings to include fresh-made pasta and also weekend brunch!
All pastas, including ravioli and more, will be made onsite, guaranteeing the freshest and most flavorful dishes. The ability to experiment with the menu at this larger location will give Bricco the opportunity to delight diners with innovative pasta creations in addition to its award-winning pizza.
Thanks to the introduction of a steam-injected oven alongside their traditional coal oven, the new Bricco will also be offering mouthwatering focaccia and hoagie rolls that perfectly complement Bricco’s signature shaved rib eye cheesesteaks and sandwiches, making them even more irresistible.
Bricco in Westmont is not going anywhere, said owner Vincenzo Barone. “The Westmont location is very successful, but this new location will allow me to experiment with the menu. Of course, we are keeping all our recipes and adding more to the menu.”
So, it will basically will be the same just with fresh, handmade pasta, the best foccacia this side of Puglia, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
He further explains, “Brunch is a secret passion of mine. I feel I can elevate people’s tastes buds by carrying farm raised eggs and all the classics of brunch but sourcing out all amazing ingredients to elevate it as much as possible.”
This is AMAZING news for Cherry Hill and nearby Marlton. Heck, for all of South Jersey!
If all goes well, expect an early November opening. Woo hoo! More details as we get them.
