This Valentine’s Day, Brio Italian Grille sets the stage for romance with a decadent three-course dining experience designed for sharing. From Feb. 13–15, guests can enjoy the It’s Amore! Valentine’s Menu, a thoughtfully crafted $69.99 prix-fixe offering for two that blends elevated flavors with classic Italian comfort—ideal for a memorable date night.
The evening begins with a choice of a traditional Caesar or chopped salad, followed by a selection of indulgent entrées such as Pasta Brio with grilled chicken and roasted red pepper cream sauce; Lobster & Shrimp Fettuccine featuring Maine lobster in a light cream sauce; Gorgonzola-Crusted Beef Medallions served with garlic mashed potatoes; Grilled Salmon Fresca with vibrant vegetables and pesto vinaigrette; or Sausage Rigatoni Arrabbiata finished with fresh mozzarella.
To end on a sweet note, couples will share a rich Caramel Mascarpone Cheesecake topped with a chocolate heart.
Guests can further enhance their celebration with featured wine pairings like Cecchi Chianti DOCG and Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, along with additional wines available by the glass or bottle.
Upon invitation, we were pleased to experience the menu so that we can share with you! Here is what we enjoyed upon our visit.
They have a special Valentine’s cocktail menu with several choices. They all sounded great, but I opted for the Cherry Petal Punch and enjoyed it quite a bit.
We sampled a few items from the appetizer menu. While not included in the Valentine’s menu – you’re free to order additional items should you want to. Everything was scrumptious but we absolutely recommend the Beef Carpaccio dish. It is a sizeable, shareable plate; four people could absolutely share it!

Valentine’s Day at Brio Italian Grille
For the Valentine’s menu, we both got the Caesar salad. For our mains, we enjoyed the Grilled Salmon Fresca and Sausage Rigatoni Arrabiata.

For dessert, they treated us to an amazing dessert sampler: The caramel marscarpone cheesecake, warm chocolate cake with vanilla gelato, and classic tiramisu.

With the dessert, I had an amazing, festive strawberries and cream espresso martini to close out the dining experience.
We truly enjoyed our Brio Italian Grille experience at the Cherry Hill location. A big shoutout to our server, Fred, who delivered truly exceptional service, and to manager Grace, who checked in frequently to ensure everything was perfect. If you’re still looking for Valentine’s Day plans, Brio Italian Grille is an excellent choice for date night or any occasion. The Valentine’s Day menu for two is available at both the Cherry Hill and Marlton locations.
We’ve also heard great things about their Sunday brunch and will definitely be back to try it ourselves.

We appreciate the hospitality, and opinions expressed in this article are our own. Cheers!
