Cheese Etc. & Gourmet Gifts Now Open on Haddon Avenue

A South Jersey gourmet food business is officially back on Haddon Avenue. Cheese Etc. & Gourmet Gifts has returned to a boutique storefront at 31 Haddon Avenue in Haddon Township (most recently Holy Cannoli next to Goodbeet), marking an exciting new chapter for this small food business as it celebrates twenty years.

Gourmet Shop Calls Haddon Avenue Home

Since 2014, it occupied space in the SoHa Arts Building building on White Horse Pike in Haddon Township. Prior to that, it spent ten years on Haddon Avenue in downtown Collingswood (where Revolution Coffee is now located).

“When this space became available, we quickly snapped it up!” exclaimed owner Gina Horlacher upon a recent visit by South Jersey Food Scene. “We’re still organizing and arranging things, but we’re so happy to be back on Haddon Avenue.”

The shop offers a variety of gourmet products, including their own cheese spreads, jams and jellies, dips, ricotta mousse jars, mac and cheese, gift boxes and baskets, small charcuterie plates and cups, cheese wheel cakes, accessories, and more. They also carry local cheeses, honey, tea, and hot cocoa sets. In the future, they hope to expand the selection to include more local products from other small-batch producers.

Right now is their busiest season with many orders for holiday gift baskets. Better yet? Nationwide shipping is available! Send a taste of South Jersey to an ex-pat or other out-of-state friend or family member. Walk-in customers can choose from ready-made gift baskets or customize their own.
