Experience an up-close demonstration of the process of making both ricotta and mozzarella from scratch with an opportunity for questions during the class. Samples of both kinds of cheese will be served during the class. Detailed recipes and instructions are emailed after the class.
There are four classes on Saturday, July 16, and four classes on Saturday, August 27. Each class is $25 per person.
