“Chef Milly” (Emili Medley) who was a contestant on Seasons 14 and 17 of Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay, has taken over kitchen operations at Wilson’s Restaurant & Live Music in Hi-Nella, according to its Facebook.
The menu is still Southern-inspired, but Chef Milly is bringing his signature style. In addition to a regular brunch, guests can also enjoy an Asian-influenced hibachi-style brunch on Sundays.
He’s also bringing his seafood expertise with Cajun-inspired Seafood on the Patio.
