Chubby’s Steakhouse — now officially Chubby’s Steakhouse and Seafood Restaurant — has debuted a refreshed winter menu that reflects an exciting new chapter for the longtime Gloucester City dining destination. The updated offerings incorporate a variety of beloved dishes from Max’s Seafood, which recently closed its doors and, as previously reported, will reopen as Pudge’s Pub.
Guests familiar with Max’s will immediately notice the expanded selection of seafood dishes now available at Chubby’s. The new menu brings many of Max’s signature specialties and fan-favorite items under one roof, giving diners a welcome opportunity to continue enjoying Max’s Seafood in new digs.
Chubby’s has also retained Executive Chef Matt Selenski, formerly of Max’s, ensuring continuity an quality. His transition to Chubby’s brings added depth to the seafood program while complementing the steakhouse’s timeless offerings.
The enhanced menu which I am sharing here first, will officially launch this Wednesday.
