NOVEMBER UPDATE: Cocaboni’s Cafe opens on Monday, November 17th!
Williamstown is about to welcome a new coffee spot this fall as Cocaboni’s Cafe prepares to open its doors on Main Street—right across from St. Mary’s Church. This charming new coffee shop is the vision of local realtor Ginger Hartmann and her broker boyfriend, Tony Iovino, who are transforming a property into a community hub for coffee lovers.

The idea for Cocaboni’s Cafe began when the Main Street property—an older house they describe as full of character—went up for sale. Tony saw its potential immediately, imagining a place where locals could connect, unwind, and enjoy quality coffee and treats in a relaxed, coffeehouse setting.
With 23 years of restaurant industry experience under her belt, Ginger was the perfect partner to bring the vision to life. Both she and Tony even attended the New Jersey School of Coffee to deepen their knowledge of coffee brewing, café operations, and creating the perfect coffee shop customer experience.
“Our goal is to create something the community will love and appreciate,” says Ginger. “A place where people can enjoy a delicious coffee, tea, or cold drink, indulge in a pastry or dessert, and soak in a great vibe.”
Cocaboni’s Cafe will serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, cold beverages, and a tempting selection of desserts and pastries—making it a perfect stop for your caffeine fix! They’re still working on the details of the menu, but expect the usual drip coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, cold brew, etc.
While there’s no exact opening date yet, Ginger and Tony are aiming for an October debut. Locals can look forward to a welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee drifting down Main Street.
When asked about the meaning of the name, Ginger offered, “Tony had a close friend he worked with who sadly passed away years ago. While we were thinking of names for the cafe, he thought about how he use to call his friend ‘Tony Cocaboni’ and felt the name would be perfect!”
Stay tuned for updates on their official opening date and other details as the become available. In any case, get excited to grab your first cup at Cocaboni’s Cafe in Williamstown.
