A couple of days ago, Doug Schweitzer announced via the Dad’s Deli Facebook page that he sold the business. New owners would be taking over the beloved Marlton sandwich shop immediately.
Today, we now know who those new owners are. Matt Fein, formerly of Zahav and Federal Donuts in Philadelphia and recently The Borscht Belt in Stockton, has taken ownership with a quick transition.
“Buying the deli was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up!” said Fein of Mount Laurel.
Best wishes to both Schweitzer and Fein! Now I see a Dad’s Deli visit in my near future.
