The Instagram post below by Dolsot House yesterday says it all.
Craig Vogt, owner of Cherry Hill’s popular Dolsot House, announced that a new authentic tabletop Korean BBQ concept will be opening at 3747 Church Road in Mount Laurel.
This location had previously been Korean restaurants Dasiwa II, Kimchi before that, and has been Korean restaurants dating back to the early 1990s! So, it only makes sense that it becomes a new Korean restaurant, one with staying power and a solid reputation in South Jersey.
The new restaurant is currently under construction by LOTT Builds, who counts many other local restaurants, including the new Eddie V’s, as projects it has recently completed in the region.
This is welcome news for those looking for tabletop Korean BBQ in South Jersey. The plan is to be open sometime in September 2023.
In the meantime, Top Pot in Delran should be open by the end of July.
The new Korean BBQ will also be BYOB and with a liquor store next door, that is very convenient!
The name has yet to be determined, but when asked if it will be Dolsot House II, Vogt said, “No, but it hasn’t been formalized yet.”
Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.
