On Saturday, January 10th, we enjoyed an SJFS Meet & Eat at the new Greens and Grains located just steps from the Rowan University campus in Glassboro.
This new location just opened in November and has been open for two months. It provides students, faculty, and local residents a plant-based option.
This is the latest Greens and Grains to open, and the first in Gloucester County. There are locations in Atlantic County, Cape May County, and Camden County. There are now a total of 11 including one at Citizens Bank Park (open during Phillies home games). The Stone Harbor location is seasonal, but the Cape May Court House one is open year-round.
Several SJFS peeps braved the elements (it was rather rainy!) and enjoyed 25% off of their order. While I am legitimiately obsessed with the Cuban sandwich, I finally tried the Cheezsteak. Perfect balance of seitain-based meat and plant-based cheez on a sturdy hoagie roll. I asked for cherry pepper spread on the side and put a little on top. Delicious.
Check out the new Greens and Grains in Glassboro for awesome plant-based eats!
Conveniently located at the crossroads of Rowan Blvd and Route 322/Mullica Hill Road, one mile from Route 47/Delsea Drive and just 2 miles off Route 55.
