Good AF Gnocchi Vineland

Good AF Gnocchi Arrives on Landis Avenue in Vineland

A new, boldly branded pasta concept is debuting in Cumberland County, bringing a modern, delivery-first twist to a classic Italian staple.

A new virtual restaurant concept, Good AF Gnocchi, has officially opened as a ghost kitchen inside Cilantro Mexican Restaurant at 523 East Landis Avenue in Vineland, offering a focused menu built around one thing: hand-rolled gnocchi done unapologetically bold.

Good AF Gnocchi is a passion project from Benjamin Quiñones, the former general manager of The Jersey G.O.A.T Grill + Public House in Sicklerville, who has recently stepped into a new role as co-owner of Cilantro Mexican Restaurant.

Operating primarily through online ordering platforms, the new eatery reflects a growing trend in the restaurant industry—delivery-first “ghost kitchens” or virtual brands that prioritize convenience without the overhead of a traditional dine-in space. According to its online listing, the concept offers both pickup and delivery, with a streamlined menu available throughout the day.

Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, Good AF Gnocchi leans into a niche: comfort-driven pasta dishes with customizable options. The menu is structured around build-your-own bowls, add-on proteins, and sides, along with a handful of complementary items, such as gelato and pasta salads.

The branding—playful, irreverent, and unmistakably modern—signals a shift from traditional Italian red-sauce expectations to something more casual and social-media-friendly. It’s a concept clearly designed to resonate with younger diners and digital-first customers.

Vineland, long known for its agricultural roots and deep Italian-American heritage, has no shortage of classic pasta offerings. But the arrival of a gnocchi-focused virtual brand highlights how the local food scene continues to evolve.

Instead of competing directly with longstanding dine-in establishments, Good AF Gnocchi occupies a different lane—one where convenience, speed, and customization are just as important as tradition.

The opening underscores a broader shift happening across South Jersey: smaller, specialized concepts leveraging delivery platforms to test new ideas and reach customers in new ways. For diners, it means more variety and more access to niche cuisines.

Whether it’s a late-night comfort craving or a quick weeknight dinner, Good AF Gnocchi is betting that a single dish, done right and marketed boldly, is more than enough to stand out.

The concept just joined Facebook and Instagram. Follow along for updates.
