Cape May County, get ready for Gouldsburger’s.
The popular South Jersey burger and cheesesteak chain is officially heading down the shore, with owners David Murray and Walter Gouldsbury preparing to open what will be the brand’s 12th location — and its first in Cape May County.
The duo recently got the keys to the former Boomer’s Pizzeria & More at 916 Bayshore Road in Del Haven, and now the work begins to transform the space into the newest Gouldsburger’s.
There’s still some work to be done before they can start flipping burgers and slinging cheesesteaks, but if everything goes according to plan, they’re hoping to have the Del Haven location open by the end of the year.
For Cape May County foodies, that means Gouldsburger’s over-the-top burgers, famous cheesesteaks, and more will soon be a whole lot closer.
It’s also another impressive milestone for a brand that continues to grow its footprint throughout the region. Reaching a dozen locations in just over three years is no small feat, and bringing Gouldsburger’s into Cape May County feels like a natural next step!
There’s no official opening date just yet, but the keys are in hand and plans are moving forward to convert the former pizzeria into Gouldsburger’s down the shore.
Stay tuned for more details. We’ll share more about Gouldsburger’s Del Haven Cape May County location as the opening gets closer.
It’s just been a delight to watch Gouldsburger’s grow over these past three years!
