Drumroll please… Gouldsburger’s is headed to Mount Laurel!
I’ve kept mum about this for months. But I’m now happy to report that the fast-growing South Jersey burger and cheesesteak brand has officially signed a lease in The Village at Cambridge Crossing, located at 4260 Dearborn Circle in Mount Laurel, between Coldstone Creamery and Edible Arrangements.
This will mark Gouldsburger’s eleventh location and the first franchise for Marc Ricci and Steve Selverian of Prime Realty Partners.
Founded in Haddonfield in 2023 by chefs David Murray and Walter Gouldsbury, Gouldsburger’s quickly built a loyal following and has expanded rapidly through franchising. While the name highlights burgers, the brand has become especially well known for its cheesesteaks, featuring premium ingredients such as 100% USDA prime beef and its signature “everything roll” that helps set it apart from the competition.
The menu also includes burgers (of course!), fried chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and several vegan-friendly options, including a house-made vegan beet burger and vegetarian mushroom cheesesteak cooked on a separate dedicated griddle. Gouldsburger’s is also known for being gluten-free friendly, with all batters made gluten-free and a dedicated gluten-free fryer to avoid cross contamination. Everything is cooked in 100% pure olive oil.
Gouldsburger’s recent rapid expansion includes a location in Sicklerville which opened last year, followed by new spots in Ardmore and Marlton earlier this year.
The brand also plans to open in Glassboro soon, with a Cinnaminson location expected later this year. All are franchises. A few more are expected in 2027.
