Chef Graham Zanow's Signature Meals Medford

Chef Graham Zanow to Open Graham’s Signature Meals in Medford

Personal/meal prep chef Graham Zanow will open a grab-and-go retail store and eatery at 18 S. Main Street in downtown Medford. Graham’s Signature Meals will offer pre-made, from scratch chef-made meals to heat and eat at home, catering to different diets (gluten-free, whole 30, keto/low-carb, vegetarian, etc.)

The store will also offer gourmet panini sandwiches and smoothies made to order, as well as gluten-free scratch baked goods from Whisked Away by Andi, and gourmet candy and chocolates by BC Chocolates, a chocolate shop based in Tabernacle.

Chef Zanow tells South Jersey Food Scene, “I lived in Napa Valley with my wife for eight years and there are places like this there that are amazing so we want to bring that to the area. A place where people can grab lunch and then also take home meals. We will have cold bags and ice packs available so if people are in the area and they want to pick up meals to take home later, but they’re not going home for a while they can pack up the meals in the freezer bags of ice packs for them.”

Chef Zanow tells us that Graham’s Signature Meals will open by the end of May. Home customers will be pleased to know, he’ll still be doing home deliveries in the Cherry Hill, Medford, Shamong, Tabernacle, Voorhees, Marlton, Mount Laurel, and Moorestown areas. Stay tuned for the opening date and more details as they become available!

Medford’s Main Street is hot, hot, hot right now with delicious food. In addition to long-time staples Braddock’s Tavern and ITA 101, the town recently saw 1785 FarmDog open its brick-and-mortar at 33 S. Main Street and Gouldsburger’s second South Jersey location is still planning to open at 2 S. Main Street.
