Attention BBQ lovers, indulge in house-smoked, delicious BBQ all summer long every first Friday of the month at Haddon Culinary at its Haddonfield location.
The First Friday BBQ menu will be available until November (11/3) – so you can get your BBQ fix through Fall, too.
The chef-driven BBQ menu features BBQ platters for $28, including two types of meat and two sides. Choose from delectable dry-rubbed smoked brisket, pulled pork, house-cured pastrami, and smoked chicken thighs. Scrumptious sides include potato salad, mac and cheese, string bean salad, baked beans, buttered Jersey corn, and ten-vegetable slaw. A jalapeno-cheddar muffin rounds out the platter.
Full and half-rack baby back ribs with a smoked peach sticky rib sauce are also available at $32 and $16, respectively.
BBQ sandwiches, kid’s options, drinks, and desserts are also available. Sides are available la carte, as well. Haddon Culinary also boasts complete BBQ catering packages for backyard parties this summer.
