The news is usually that another South Jersey diner has closed, but in this case, a new South Jersey diner has opened!
Harmony Diner is now officially open at 320 Route 73 in Voorhees, breathing new life into the longtime diner location that had remained vacant since the sudden closure of the former Voorhees Diner in 2024.
The reopening marks the latest expansion by the family behind the popular Pandora Diner locations, which have earned a loyal following throughout South Jersey. Earlier this year, news emerged that the group had acquired the Route 73 property with plans to restore the iconic eatery and once again serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the community.
Located adjacent to the Hampton Inn, Harmony Diner welcomes guests seven days a week and offers the classic diner experience that New Jersey is known for. According to the restaurant’s website, the diner aims to provide hearty meals and a warm atmosphere where “every meal feels like home.”
The menu features a wide variety of breakfast favorites, lunch specials, and dinner selections, continuing the tradition of offering something for everyone.
For many local residents, the reopening is especially meaningful. When the former Voorhees Diner closed unexpectedly, many feared another South Jersey diner had been lost forever. Instead, the landmark building has been given a second chapter, preserving a piece of Jersey diner culture.
Harmony Diner is located at 320 Route 73, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043, and is open daily. And better yet? It will be open 24/7. Welcome back 24 hour diners!
