Holi Stromboli Partners with Palmisano’s Sandwich Shop

Sewell has something deliciously new on the menu. Holi Stromboli, a freshly made-to-order stromboli service, has officially partnered with Palmisano’s Sandwich Shop to bring their handcrafted Italian stromboli to Gloucester County.

Customers can now order Holi Stromboli daily at Palmisano’s—not just as a special, but as a permanent menu offering. Each stromboli is baked to perfection, blending authentic Italian craftsmanship with bold, yet familiar flavors.

To start, the menu includes cheesesteak, pepperoni, broccoli, and honey ham stromboli, with the promise of more varieties to come.

Holi Stromboli is owned and operated by Mike and Gabrielle Lippi, a husband-and-wife team with deep roots in the South Philadelphia bakery scene. Gabrielle is part of the Cacia family, owners of the legendary Cacia’s Bakery. Mike began working at the bakery at just 14 years old, learning the craft under Gabrielle’s grandfather.

The partnership with Nick Palmisano came together organically through their mutual butcher. For Palmisano’s, it’s a chance to offer something new to loyal customers; for Holi Stromboli, it’s an opportunity to grow their brand and share their culinary offering with a wider audience.

While their stromboli is now available in Sewell, Holi Stomboli has even bigger plans—they’re preparing to open their own storefront in the Queen Village neighborhood of South Philadelphia.

Palmisano’s Sandwich Shop is located at 288 Egg Harbor Road in Sewell. Holi Stromboli is available for order during regular business hours.
