Infused Restaurant has officially re-launched, introducing a bold new chapter of culinary creativity and entertainment inside the Holiday Inn at 2175 Marlton Pike in Cherry Hill. SJFS attended the grand re-opening and ribbon cutting last week.
The reimagined Infused now offers guests an elevated dining experience with a refreshed menu featuring a vibrant blend of Mediterranean and Latin influences, handcrafted cocktails, and live entertainment—all within a sleek, modern setting inside the Holiday Inn Cherry Hill.
The restaurant has evolved into a dynamic social destination that unites fine dining, mixology, and nightlife. Its new “New Era Menu” highlights Mediterranean-inspired tapas and Latin-infused entrées, paired with signature classic and signature cocktails.
“We wanted to create a space that captures flavor, music, and emotion all in one,” said Nedir Fadul, Restaurant General Manager and the creative force behind the re-launch. “Infused is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience where every night feels like a celebration.”
The grand re-launch event unveiled the new menu, updated décor, and an expanded entertainment lineup that promises something for everyone.
Infused Restaurant is a great spot for Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Brunch is also available on the weekends.
Guests can look forward to “Baila Saturdays” with live DJs, themed culinary events, and weekly Ladies’ Nights, ensuring a vibrant social scene throughout the season.
