Infused Restaurant & Bar in Cherry Hill

Infused Restaurant & Bar wants to be more than just a hotel restaurant in Cherry Hill. It wants to be a casual establishment where the locals feel welcomed, gather with friends, and enjoy a great meal. If our recent meal is any indication, it should not be overlooked.

It debuted quietly just as the pandemic struck in early 2020. Aside from hotel patrons, it did a reasonably decent takeout business in the area. But now, it’s hoping the indoor dining business will pick up as COVID numbers continue to decline. Live entertainment offered on the weekends, along with special menus, should help tempt folks to check it out.

The decor is sleek and modern, with a few extra-large booths and tables in the main dining area, some high-top tables in the bar area, a couple of lounge areas, and a large patio for outdoor dining when the weather gets nicer. The menu is very approachable, emphasizing small plates (or tapas) and cocktails/beer, encouraging a social vibe. An excellent spot to meet up with a group of friends to share dishes over a few drinks. Weekend brunch is coming soon, too.

Highlights from our recent meal include the wings and Brussels sprouts from the small plates menu, the Burger from the handhelds menu, the salmon from the Large Plates menu, and the roasted mushroom flatbread.

They are doing a big push on Jameson Orange cocktails, which is A-OK with me because it’s my favorite Irish whiskey after all. The old-fashioned was nice if a bit on the sweeter side. I could have done without the simple syrup. It’s the only Jameson one I tried but certainly would like to go back and try some of the other Jameson cocktails.

I also tried a rum cocktail from the specialty cocktail menu. The Getaway, an interpretation of a fruity tiki drink, with rum, strawberry, pineapple, and mint was also on the sweeter side, but I could definitely taste the rum. Always a good thing as I’m a big fan of rum drinks. I’d like to try some other cocktails next time.
