La Liégeoise is launching a thoughtfully curated Sunday brunch, debuting on Sunday, February 15, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The new offering brings a distinctly European sensibility to the weekend dining scene, anchored by the restaurant’s signature Liège waffles and an expanded lineup of brunch classics.
The brunch menu showcases both sweet and savory expressions of authentic Liège waffles, alongside hearty waffle sandwiches, poutine, and tartines. Guests can also enjoy made-to-order eggs paired with traditional sides such as bacon, sausage, hash browns, and waffle fries, rounding out a menu that feels both indulgent and comforting.
Complementing the food is a full selection of beverages, including hot coffee, café lattes, Belgian hot chocolate, house-made lemonades, and fresh juices. For this inaugural brunch service, the culinary team is leaning heavily on a French theme, while also introducing several new European-inspired waffle sandwich creations.
During brunch hours, the restaurant will focus exclusively on this special menu, though fans of La Liégeoise can rest assured that many favorite Liège waffle combinations will still be available alongside the new featured dishes.
La Liégeoise invites the community to experience the new brunch at Heritage Square, located at 1871 Marlton Pike East, Suite 8, in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The inside seats 24.
