Mairi’s Cookie Company to Open in Former Abandoned Luncheonette Space in Moorestown

Mairi’s Cookie Company has announced plans to open its first brick-and-mortar bakery at 235 Mill Street, Moorestown, taking over the former home of the beloved Abandoned Luncheonette.

Mairi’s built a loyal following through farmers markets, community events, and online orders. The new Moorestown location will give customers a permanent place for fans to pick up Mairi’s cookies. Don’t be surprised if the new bakery becomes the town’s next “hidden gem.”

Mairi has gradually become known for her scratch-made cookies crafted with premium ingredients and creative seasonal flavors.

The former Abandoned Luncheonette space has long been a favorite destination in Moorestown, combining food, music, and vintage treasures in a cozy neighborhood setting. Owners Dave Khanlian and Jen Hilinski transformed the historic corner building into a unique gathering place that earned a devoted following over the years, making it a fitting home for another locally owned food business.

While an official opening date has not yet been announced, Mairi shared the news on social media, which quickly generated excitement from customers and followers who congratulated her and expressed sincere best wishes for this next big business step.

Stay tuned for updates on the grand opening date, menu offerings, and more details as they become available. We wish Mairi much success at her first storefront!
