Pennsauken Township officials and staff from the Pennsauken Country Club celebrated the unveiling of Marco’s 19th Hole Bar and Grille, the club’s newly renovated restaurant and bar, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, Nov. 25, as part of a broader series of capital improvements at the municipally owned facility.

The upgraded dining space received a fresh, modern look featuring a brand-new bar, updated furnishings, and nine wall-mounted televisions. Significant kitchen improvements were also completed to enhance back-of-house operations. In addition, the introduction of a new all-seasons room provided guests with sweeping views of the golf course.
The renovated dining area was one of several recent enhancements made at the club. Other upgrades included the complete replacement of the deck attached to the banquet hall, a variety of clubhouse improvements, the redesign of the pro shop, installation of new tees at the 11th and 13th holes, the purchase of a new fleet of golf carts, and the addition of a state-of-the-art golf simulator.
Located at 3800 Haddonfield Road in Pennsauken, the Pennsauken Country Club is a municipally owned 18-hole public golf course that offers a challenging mix of holes along with practice amenities such as putting and chipping greens, and a golf simulator. The facility also features a banquet hall, restaurant, and bar.
During the event, local officials and country club staff formally cut the ribbon on the newly renovated restaurant while invited guests sampled food from the restaurant, enjoyed drink specials, and celebrated the reopening of this popular dining destination in Pennsauken.

I attended the event, but will be going back to try the food very soon.
