Mill Creek Apiary Shop Medford, NJ

How Sweet It Is — Mill Creek Apiary Opening Medford Honey Shop

There are many apiaries and honey producers in South Jersey. Mill Creek Apiary is one of them and has been around since 2005. In 2018, Jason and Dana Shoff became the new owners. Now they are opening up a honey shop in downtown Medford.

They are taking over the former Harvest Coffee Roastery space at 1 N. Main Street, where they will sell various creamed honey, infused honey, beeswax skin care products, and beeswax candles. Customers will also be able to taste the honey before they buy. They will also host educational workshops for those wanting to learn more about bees and honey production.

They expect to open on Saturday, May 14.

Some local restaurants and breweries use their honey, including Vincentown Diner, Peewee’s Ice Cream, and Farm Truck Brewing.

They will also be vending at the Burlington County Farmers Market every Saturday.
