From enticing Starters like Crispy Asian Potstickers or Loaded She Crab Fries to crisp Salads including the Chimichurri Steak Salad and Wild Grain Bowl, plus hearty Sandwiches like Smokehouse Brisket Stack, and Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese, and added decadent Desserts like the Warm Caramel Bread Pudding, each dish has been crafted to elevate the dining experience to new heights.

Standout additions include the introduction of Smash Burgers, made with two griddled 100% Certified Angus Beef patties, and Dry Aged Burgers, featuring a custom La Frieda blend dry-aged for maximum flavor. The spicy star of the Smash Burgers is the Bang Bang Smash, which features peppered bacon, habañero jack ghost pepper cheese, tomato, shredded lettuce, and bang bang sauce served on a butter-toasted jalapeño cheddar bun ($15.99). Indulgent and delicious, the Dry-Aged Bacon Burrata Bomb features burrata, pepper bacon, arugula, wild mushrooms, balsamic aioli served on a butter toasted brioche bun ($18.99). No matter the selection, guests can expect an elevated burger experience like never before.

The Pour House is raising the bar in the Entrée category as well by introducing a new selection of dishes from the mouthwatering Flat Iron Steak –  8 ounces of thinly sliced flat iron steak topped with whisky black peppercorn sauce and served with herb roasted potatoes and fresh crisp broccoli ($22.99), Cinnamon and chipotle-crusted grilled salmon drizzled with honey lemon vinaigrette drizzle and served with wild rice risotto and herb butter vegetables ($22.99), to the irresistible pickle-brined, hand-breaded Chicken Tenders ($13.99), each dish is a testament to The Pour House’s dedication to creative kitchen ingenuity.

Not content to stop there, The Pour House has also built on its reputation for Buck-A-Shuck every Wednesday by expanding the Oyster selections. Guests can now enjoy Broiled Oysters roasted with garlic butter, parmesan cheese and pickled shishito peppers ($15.99), Baked Oysters with bacon, kale, onion, parmesan, toasted breadcrumbs and chives ($15.99), and a fun selection of Oyster Shooters including the Hoppy Harbor – pale ale and cocktail sauce ($4) ‘Gin’gnonette – Tanqueray gin and house mignonette and the Hot & Bothered – Espolòn blanco, fresh jalapeños ($7 each).

Guests now have more options to end their dining experience on a sweeter note with the new Peanut Butter S’mores Jar featuring warm chocolate cake, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, graham cracker crumbs, and gooey marshmallow ($7.99).
