Nunzio by Chef Michael DeLone is introducing a limited-time prix fixe Wild Game Week menu from November 16 to 20, 2022, for $85 per person plus tax and gratuity. The five-course menu will feature hearty, rustic dishes showcasing the best fall ingredients, from apples and figs to sweet potato and blackberries, complemented by handmade pasta and rich game.
The five-course menu starts with Chicken Liver Toast with red onion and mustard and Smoked Duck Prosciutto with apple and fig. Followed by Wild Boar Polpette with white sweet potato and foie gras cream. The third course is a Porcini Fusilli with pheasant ragout dusted with cocoa. A tender Venison Loin with peppercorn, celery root, escarole, and blackberry glace completes the savory courses. For dessert, a classic Carrot Cake with walnuts and sweet cream cheese icing.
“Our wild game menu is a quintessential fall offering of rich, warm dishes that are comforting and complex in flavor. This limited menu is one more example of how we are creating new experiences for our regular guests and inviting new diners to try us for the first time,” explained Chef Michael DeLone.
Located in the heart of Collingswood, Nunzio by Chef Michael DeLone is an authentic Italian BYOB offering unsurpassed hospitality.
