Oaklyn Manor Bar & Grill Celebrates Ten Years of Food, Fun, and Community

In an industry where trends change quickly and independent restaurants face constant challenges, reaching a decade in business is no small accomplishment. Yet ten years after Oaklyn Manor Bar & Grill changed hands, it continues to thrive by staying true to what made it successful in the first place: great food, cold drinks, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere that appeals to everyone.

Located at 198 West Clinton Avenue in Oaklyn, Oaklyn Manor Bar & Grill has become much more than a place to grab a meal. Under the ownership of Lisa Del Duke, alongside General Manager Chris, Assistant General Manager Katie, and Kitchen Manager Chef Jose, the restaurant has evolved into a lively destination while preserving the comfortable neighborhood feel that regulars have come to love.

The Manor’s tagline, “Meet Me @ the Manor,” perfectly captures what the establishment represents. It’s a casual gathering place without unnecessary frills—a place where friends reconnect, families celebrate, sports fans gather, and newcomers quickly feel like regulars.

One of the keys to Oaklyn Manor’s success has been its ability to evolve without losing its identity. Guests can choose from three distinct spaces, each offering its own vibe. The classic front bar delivers that old-school neighborhood tavern atmosphere, while the center dining room and bar provide an energetic setting with newly installed televisions that make catching the big game easier than ever. Out back, the spacious patio bar offers an outdoor retreat.

Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the recent upgrades, but Oaklyn Manor is equally focused on food. The gastropub-inspired menu strikes a balance between elevated dining and approachable comfort food, all at reasonable prices.

The kitchen has recently introduced new menu items, including permanent additions like flatbreads and pasta dishes that pair beautifully with new wines.

Weekly specials keep things fresh, including rotating Flatbread of the Week with different toppings and Wing of the Week featuring an ever-changing lineup of sauces.

And speaking of wings, they are one of the Manor’s standout items. Available naked (Manor Style) or breaded (Old School) and paired with a variety of sauces. Don’t sleep on these wings. They absolutely should be mentioned in the South Jersey wing game.

Burgers are another signature, featuring hand-formed patties cooked precisely to each guest’s preferred temperature. Sandwich lovers can’t go wrong with staples like the cheesesteak, roast pork, or roast beef.

Behind the bar, guests will find plenty to toast to. Oaklyn Manor boasts an impressive lineup of 26 taps featuring domestic favorites, imports, and local craft beers. Among them is Manor Gold Lager, brewed exclusively for the restaurant by Cape May Brewery.

Cocktail enthusiasts are equally well served. In addition to a dependable core cocktail menu and Ketel One martinis, seasonal creations often appear, adding new and exciting options. By popular demand, Oaklyn Manor recently added espresso martinis made with a custom Ketel One martini machine and espresso sourced from neighboring Common Grounds Coffee House.

Beyond the food and drinks, Oaklyn Manor has established itself as a community hub. Live music, music bingo, trivia nights, paint-and-sip events, dine-and-donate nights, Pitch-a-Friend nights, and a digital jukebox all contribute to a lively, socially-focused atmosphere.

The Manor also hosts private events and offers takeout catering, making it a versatile destination for gatherings large and small.

Part of its charm is its location. Tucked away on Clinton Street rather than directly on the busy White Horse Pike, Oaklyn Manor enjoys an easygoing downtown feel. It’s easy to reach from virtually anywhere in South Jersey and even from across the bridge, yet it somehow manages to feel like a hidden neighborhood gem.

Despite embracing modern upgrades and attracting a younger crowd, Oaklyn Manor has never abandoned its roots. You can still play the lottery, enjoy an ice-cold beer, and escape the outside world while the air conditioning keeps things cool inside. Customer service remains prompt, friendly, and refreshingly genuine.

That balance between tradition and innovation is likely why Oaklyn Manor has remained successful for the past ten years. They have managed to keep longtime customers happy while introducing new experiences and offerings that resonate with newer generations.

Whether you’re stopping in for weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, happy hour, or late-night bites, Oaklyn Manor checks a lot of boxes. It remains exactly what every town hopes to have—a comfortable, locally owned gathering place where everyone feels welcome.

Independent establishments like Oaklyn Manor are the backbone of South Jersey’s dining scene. Supporting places like these matters. Without them, communities lose character and are left with little more than a landscape of corporate chains.

After ten years, Oaklyn Manor Bar & Grill has proven that sometimes the best formula is simple: good food, good drinks, and good company.

And that’s exactly why so many people continue to say, “Meet Me @ the Manor.”
