Paris Baguette is turning up the romance this Valentine’s Day with its much-anticipated Pink Velvet menu, a limited-time collection of pink-themed cakes, pastries, and beverages, available now through February 15 in bakery-cafés across the country. The seasonal lineup is designed to appeal to everyone.
The Pink Velvet offerings feature festive flavors, heart-inspired designs, and vivid pink hues that reflect the joyful spirit of Valentine’s Day.
Cakes Made for Sharing
At the heart of the new collection are three handcrafted cakes perfect for sharing during seasonal celebrations:
- Pink Velvet Chocolate Ganache Cake – Rich chocolate layers filled with whipped chocolate ganache and silky pink velvet soft cream, finished with a chocolate heart on top.
- Pink Velvet Layer Cake – A towering six-layer vanilla sponge cake with pink velvet soft cream and pastry cream, decorated with ruby chocolate and festive sprinkles.
- XOXO Strawberry Soft Cream Heart Cake – Three layers of heart-shaped vanilla sponge cake filled with strawberry soft cream and fresh strawberries, crowned with a chocolate heart.
These cakes are available for a limited time through mid-February, giving customers a sweet centerpiece for any Valentine’s-themed gathering.

I choose the iced Pink Velvet Matcha Latte to drink – on the coldest day of the year. Haha. It looks a little brown because I stirred it first before taking a photo. My bad. It was definitely more pink before that. It was pink on the bottom and green on the top like this photo.
