The long-anticipated Ray’s Roadside Kitchen at 465 Route 539 in Cream Ridge soft opened on Wednesday, September 21st, with a limited menu. Get ready for a treat, hungry people!
The restaurant, owned by award-winning BBQ expert, author, and maker of BBQ sauces Ray Sheehan AKA BBQ Buddha, will feature Southern fried chicken, hand-crafted burgers, wings, sandwiches, salads, BBQ specials, and more! Small batch sugar cane-based fountain soda by Puck’s will be available, as well as homemade baked goods such as brownies, cookies, and more.
Ray’s Roadside Kitchen will be open Wednesday thru Saturday, from 11 am till 8 pm in the beginning, with expanded hours to come later with a full menu.
More details as I have them, but this sounds like a foodie destination in the making and not very far from South Jersey. Looking forward to visiting ASAP – stay tuned!
