Most food trucks go dormant during the winter months or switch to catering jobs as outdoor events requiring food trucks take a pause in cold weather. Megan Hilbert, proprietor of Red’s Rolling Restaurant, which includes three food trucks, will prepare lunches for pick-up for delivery (for a nominal fee) from the homebase in Pennsauken starting on December 1.
Lunch will include a variety of sandwiches, salads, nachos, tacos, chicken tenders, and fries. There will also be daily specials posted on social media. Call or text your order for pickup. See above for delivery options, including Uber Eats.
