A new culinary destination is arriving on the scenic banks of the Delaware River. Revell Hall, a modern, semi-fine-dining American restaurant rooted in seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking and infused with global influences, is officially open in historic Burlington at 219 High Street.
Revell Hall is where bold international flavors, artisanal craftsmanship, and wood-fired cooking converge to offer an elevated yet approachable dining experience. Inspired by Michelin-Starred Chef Joey Sergentakis’ global travels and culinary expertise, the menu draws from a rich tapestry of influences—blending European techniques, Asian complexity, Latin vibrancy, and Mediterranean warmth.
The restaurant is the brainchild of Chef Sergentakis. Now, along with a talented team, he brings his signature creativity and excellence to Burlington, reimagining what a community-driven dining experience can be. At Revell Hall, every dish is an exploration, every bite an experience, and every visit a journey through the best flavors the world has to offer.
From expertly grilled meats and seafood to handcrafted pastas and seasonal small plates, each dish tells a story of fire, technique, and balance. Flavors are layered—bold yet nuanced—celebrating the magic of smoke, spice, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Signature dishes include Korean BBQ Pork Belly Skewers, Chicken Roulade, Diver Scallop & Oyster Ceviche, Galician Octopus, Black Garlic–Miso Baked Oysters and Squid Ink Pasta with Lobster, to name a few. These are complemented by house-made sauces, seasonal sides, and unexpected flourishes like citrus infusions, fermented misos, and chili-spiced reductions—offering a menu designed for the adventurous palate. The cocktail menu is also outstanding with original drink creations such as Frosted Berry Collins, Fireside Old Fashion, Black Sand Daiquiri Fire & Frost, Autumn Embers, Snow Kissed Sunset Margarita and Whisky Noir to name a few. There is also a full craft beer and fine wine menu.
Located in a beautifully restored riverside building, Revell Hall exudes rustic charm with modern sophistication. It offers a warm, vibrant space ideal for casual dining, date nights, family gatherings, and private events. The ambiance reflects the restaurant’s culinary ethos—welcoming, stylish, and unpretentious. With an emphasis on shared dining, seasonal ingredients, and curated flavors, Revell Hall is a destination for those who appreciate the craft of cuisine, the magic of an open flame, and the joy of a memorable meal.
“We’re thrilled to bring the excitement of Revell Hall—both in cuisine and experience—to Burlington,” says Chef Joey. “Our vision is to create a space that feels like home to locals and an irresistible destination for visitors.”
The menu will showcase Chef Joey’s global perspective, refined techniques, and adventurous sensibilities. Guests can expect globally inspired small plates, wood-fired entrées, seasonal vegetables, craft cocktails, curated wines, and indulgent desserts.
“Revell Hall is more than a restaurant—it’s a celebration of what makes Burlington special,” says Andrew Moreno, General Manager of Revell Hall. “We’re opening our doors with the goal of creating a true gathering place for the community.
