I encountered Indian pizza on the menu, but while I was intrigued, I did not try it upon my lunch visit. Instead, I was drawn in by the steamed momos (dumplings) and Spring dosa, served flat, reminiscent of a quesadilla. Since I was flying solo, I didn’t go for the 4-foot-long dosa – that would have made for more dramatic photography. Maybe next time!
I also noticed that everything was priced fairly, making Sankalp a good value.
