In honor of its 30th Anniversary, Silver Diner has once again reinvented what it means to be an American Diner.
The new menu features radical changes, including the introduction of 12 vegan, plant-based entrees and the return of five classic dishes by customer request.
Silver Diner still offers the usual classic diner items— burgers, shakes, pancakes and more — but also has a growing number of calorie-conscious and healthy plant-based items.
Its chef-driven flexitarian menu features customizable classic and healthier choices that offer the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients available.
I sampled some of the new menu items tonight; they included:

Everything was delicious! The curry sauce that comes with the tofu banh mi was addictive. I couldn’t get enough of it. The vegan eggs Benedict was a revelation – it had a lot of flavor and I truly didn’t feel like I missed the real thing.
I’m very excited about these new menu items and look forward to returning to enjoy them again. I highly recommend that you treat yourself to these tasty, healthier, plant-based dishes even if you’re not vegan. These meals are quite satisfying and flavorful, so you won’t feel like you’ve deprived yourself at all. And you won’t feel guilty about having dessert! 🙂
The Silver Diner is located at 2131 Route 38 across from the Cherry Hill Mall and next to the Kohl’s department store.
