A new chapter in Atlantic City’s dining scene has begun with the opening of Sitar Indian Cuisine inside the iconic Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, marking the first Indian restaurant to operate within the resort.

The opening is part of Hard Rock Atlantic City’s ongoing investment in expanding its food and beverage offerings and enhancing the guest experience.
Located within the casino resort, Sitar combines traditional Indian recipes with contemporary presentation, offering guests the opportunity to experience India’s rich culinary traditions in an upscale setting. The team behind Sitar is the same team behind The Nizams Indian Cuisine, a popular Indian restaurant in Egg Harbor Township.
