South Jersey Food Scene Hall of Fame Inductee: The Jug Handle Inn Cinnaminson

Congratulations to The Jug Handle Inn at 1018 Forklanding Road in Cinnaminson for being inducted into the South Jersey Food Scene Hall of Fame.

The Jug Handle Inn is well-known for its wings and lively bar atmosphere. The wings are named some of the best in South Jersey every year, prompting frequent visits by locals for the wings as well as wing lovers from all over the country.

According to its website:
The Jug Handle has been around since 1980, but the building has been here since 1912. It has the oldest liquor license in Cinnaminson and one of the oldest in Burlington County. The current owners are Kevin and Nichole Stone, who are only the fourth owners in over 100 years. It remains a great place to have fun, meet friends, or watch a game on its 25 flat-screen TVs while enjoying a drink and a BOWL of its award-winning chicken wings. The Jug has been voted the best in many categories, including best bar, happy hour, and Best Wings! When a Jersey Bar wins Best of Philly Wings, you know they must be good!

The Jug Handle Inn deserves entry into the South Jersey Food Scene Hall of Fame for its nationally famous wings and popularity as a legendary bar in South Jersey. Support this historic and locally-owned food destination so we can keep it around for another century, at least!

Please note: this is a fun project that the editor of South Jersey Food Scene (who runs this site very part time) started in 2023 and will contribute to as time allows.

There are SO MANY deserving entries into the Hall of Fame and, knock on wood, we’ll get to all of them over time. Do not be offended if you don’t see a spot added yet. Give us time!
