Chef Lamar will guide you through making salmon and tuna poke, combining tuna, salmon, rice, and a delectable poke sauce. Then, dive into the world of sushi-making as you roll up tuna, nori, sushi rice, and a touch of sriracha for a classic spicy tuna roll.
Whether you’re a sushi novice or an experienced home cook, Chef Lamar’s class will equip you with the skills to whip up these fresh and flavorful dishes quickly. The price of the class is $55/per person.
The class will be held at Westville Brewery, 201 Broadway B in Westville, NJ, on Friday, June 9th, at 6:30 PM.
Chef Lamar has over a decade of diverse experience cooking in some of Philadelphia’s top restaurants, including Amada, The Olde Bar, and Distrito (Garces Group Restaurants) as well as Steak 48, Milkboy South and Milkboy Chestnut. His specialty is Asian and Mexican.
