Texas Roadhouse Marlton set to open February 16

Texas Roadhouse Set to Open in Marlton on February 16

A beloved American steakhouse chain is bringing its signature hand-cut steaks and lively atmosphere to Burlington County this winter. Texas Roadhouse is scheduled to open its new Marlton location on February 16, marking an exciting addition to the local dining scene.

The restaurant will be located at 970 North Route 73 in the Greentree Square Shopping Center, a well-traveled retail hub that also houses a Whole Foods and an AMC movie theater. The new site is a complete transformation of the former TGI Fridays restaurant, which closed in early 2024.

Construction crews recently removed the fencing around the property, and signage now adorns the building’s exterior, signaling that opening day is rapidly approaching, as recently reported by A View from Evesham. The space has been fully reimagined with Texas Roadhouse’s signature Western-style façade and rustic design elements.

The chain is known nationwide for its hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, made-from-scratch sides, fresh-baked bread, and ice-cold beer — hallmarks that have helped it grow to hundreds of restaurants across the U.S. and abroad since its founding in 1993.

Once open, the Marlton location will join other Texas Roadhouse restaurants in South Jersey, including those in Egg Harbor Township, Millville, and Sicklerville.

Texas Roadhouse has built a reputation not just for its menu but also for its energetic dining experience — from complimentary peanuts at the table to country music and festive staff line dances at some locations.

With its grand opening on the horizon, the new Marlton Texas Roadhouse is poised to become a favorite destination for diners in the Marlton area.
