The Wok Chinese Kitchen Fast-Casual Chinese Food at the Cherry Hill Eatery

A new Chinese spot has officially joined the dining scene in Cherry Hill as The Wok Chinese Kitchen celebrates its grand opening at Cherry Hill Eatery on Route 70.

The restaurant officially opened on Tuesday, May 12, and is inviting the community to stop by and experience its menu of classic, flavorful Chinese dishes in a quick-service format.

Located at 104 Route 70 in Cherry Hill, The Wok Chinese Kitchen is the first of three unique food concepts set to open within the Cherry Hill Eatery, a newly launched Chinese dining destination in the former Raku location.

Cherry Hill’s Route 70 corridor is welcoming an ever-growing variety of dining options, and The Wok Chinese Kitchen is the latest addition, offering a convenient spot for dine-in or takeout. The menu focuses on classic Chinese comfort food, all served fast-casual style, and is perfect for lunch or dinner.

I visited today for a first look and taste of the menu. True to the fast-casual style, you place your order at the counter, pay, and then choose to dine in or take your meal to go.

The extensive menu offers a mix of Chinese-American classics and elevated dishes. Diners can customize their own platters by selecting from a wide range of mains and sides. Each platter is served with vegetables and an egg roll. Sides include options like white rice, fried rice, lo mein, udon noodles, or mixed vegetables. With 18 mains available—including premium proteins such as roasted duck, oxtail, short rib, and black pepper shrimp—there’s something for everyone.

Wok Single (one main) is priced at $9.99, Wok Double (two mains) is priced at $11.99, and Wok Trio (three mains) is priced at $13.99, making The Wok a very affordable dining option in Cherry Hill. They don’t skimp on the portions, and yes, you can try before you buy.

There are appetizers, wings (party-style or whole wing), sides, Pepsi products, and several housemade juices with or without jellies or popping boba.

For more information or updates, diners can visit the website, follow on Instagram, or contact the restaurant directly at 856-651-7387.

Stay tuned for two more concepts coming to the Cherry Hill Eatery very soon – Mala Station and Utepia Tea. I’ll be sure to get an early look at those when they open. In the meantime, check out The WOK Chinese Kitchen through May, and get a free chicken egg roll.
