Fresh, local ingredients will take center stage this August as Tortilla Press Cantina in Pennsauken invites guests to its new Farm-to-Table Dinner Series, a unique culinary experience celebrating the region’s agricultural community and the flavors of the season.
Held on Wednesday evenings beginning August 5 at 6 p.m., each dinner will spotlight a different South Jersey farm, with featured events taking place at Flaim Farms (August 5), Cassaday Farms (August 12), and Springdale Farms (August 19). Chef Mark will partner with the featured farmer for each evening, introducing guests to the people behind the produce and sharing the story of the fresh ingredients showcased throughout the meal.
Guests will enjoy a specially crafted four-course farm-to-table dinner while learning about the local harvest directly from the farmers themselves. Chef Mark and the featured farmer will guide diners through each course, offering insight into the seasonal ingredients and the inspiration behind the menu.
Tickets are $45 per person (plus tax, gratuity, and beverages), making this an affordable opportunity to experience an elevated dining event centered on locally sourced food and the hardworking farms that help sustain South Jersey’s culinary scene.
