April Update: U Sushi of Mount Laurel is opening on Wednesday, April 9th.
U Sushi of Medford, which has been delighting Burlington County sushi lovers for over two years, seems to be thriving. The restaurant is planning to launch its second location at The Village at Cambridge Crossing.
The upcoming Mount Laurel sushi restaurant will be situated at 4330 Dearborn Circle, occupying the corner unit of the strip mall, right next to Nothing Bundt Cakes. This location previously housed Banh Thai, which upgraded to a larger space just across the parking lot.
U Sushi features a sushi bar with a la carte sushi, sashimi, and Special Rolls. Other Japanese dishes such as hibachi, ramen, fried rice, udon noodles, and katsu are featured. A smattering of other Asian dishes like lo mein noodles and Pad Thai are also available.
Interior construction recently got underway. It may be a few months, but keep checking back here for updates on a possible opening date and other details.
Are you looking forward to another sushi option in Mount Laurel?
