Westville Brewery and Ginny’s Cookies & Cream have partnered on an exclusive, limited edition 6.2% ABV Blonde Ale called Ricotta Be Boozy. The beer will launch this Friday, July 7th, coinciding with the 1st anniversary of Louetta Rossi taking over the brewery.
Ricotta Be Boozy will be on tap at the brewery at 201 Broadway B in downtown Westville, and cans will be available for take-out.
Based on Ginny’s Italian iced ricotta cookie, the ale brewed with flaked oats and barley is a custom collaboration that uniquely combines two South Jersey businesses.
Ginny’s Cookies & Cream started in 2015 at the Deptford Mall and has a second location at the Gloucester Outlets.
Westville Brewery opened in 2108 and was sold to Louetta Rossi in 2022.
