According to their Facebook page, Whit or Whitout located at 875 Mantua Pike in Woodbury, offers “Philly steaks whitout the drive! Philly natives bringing fresh and high-quality Philly-style cheesesteaks!”
The new South Jersey cheesesteak contender joins an already exciting roster of cheesesteak places in South Jersey. I love the play on words with Whit (a nod to the Walt Whitman Bridge) for “wit” meaning “with onions.”
The new Gloucester County cheesesteak joint is already getting a lot of business and positive feedback.
It opened today, and they quickly sold out in 3 hours!
