SEPTEMBER 2024 UPDATE: Kooma is now open! I attended the preview and it is gorgeous!
A new Asian Fusion and sushi restaurant will be opening at the Cherry Hill Mall in the former California Pizza Kitchen space.
Kooma Asian Fusion & Sushi Bar has locations in West Chester, PA, and the King of Prussia Town Center. It touts itself as a fine dining Asian restaurant with an elevated menu and exceptional service.
The expansive menu features appetizers, small plates, sushi and sashimi, special rolls, stone pot bibimbaps, noodles & stir-fry dishes, and a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Korean-inspired entrees.
More information as it becomes available but this sounds like a great addition to the Mall, which most recently saw the Eddie V’s open in 2023. It will be nice to see that vacated space with a tenant again. I’ll always welcome a new sushi spot!
No ETA on opening but since construction hasn’t started, I think some time in the Spring of 2024 the absolutely earliest. I will update once I have more details. 🙂
