Modern life is busy. We all have demanding schedules between work, family, and other personal responsibilities. You shouldn’t feel bad if you need help. Hiring a personal chef to take care of your weekly meal planning and meal prep is something you may have considered, and there is nothing wrong with that.
Meet Dan Ninerell, owner of Modern Classical Chefs based in Camden County. He started his personal chef business in 2022 after seeing a need for it in South Jersey and Greater Philadelphia.
Self-taught as a cook, he originally spent many years working in corporate America. But he always dreamed of being a chef! When the pandemic hit, he knew this was his opportunity to start a new career in the culinary arts.
“I am outgoing and knew one thing that brought people together was good food,” Ninerell told South Jersey Food Scene. “Serving others and creating memories is my passion!”
Dan and his team at Modern Classical Chefs take care of everything from planning, shopping, preparing, and even cleaning up! In less than a year, he’s grown his fledgling business to include many clients. Folks have hired him to develop and prepare weekly meal plans and execute small dinner parties, family events, and special occasions.
Modern Classical Chefs offers custom personal chef services, from making meals for the week to sit-down family-style meals or plated courses; Dan and his team can accommodate your needs.
Contact Dan for a complimentary consultation if you’ve ever thought about hiring a personal chef. Be sure to tell him you heard about him on South Jersey Food Scene!
