Cherry Hill will soon welcome a brand-new pizza destination as Barclay Pies prepares to open its doors on Wednesday, August 27, at 450 Marlton Pike East (Route 70), the former home of Season’s Pizza.
The new restaurant has been completely transformed from its predecessor and is brand new: new owners, new menu, new decor. In their words…
Barclay Pies is a fresh take on a neighborhood pizza shop in Cherry Hill, New Jersey serving high-quality pizza, alongside personal hospitality. Locally owned by friends and first-time restaurateurs, TJ and Daniel, Barclay Pies focuses on fun gatherings with friends and family, offering first-come, first-served indoor and outdoor seating, as well as to-go and delivery options, with a real-time pizza delivery tracker, to enhance the guest experience.
The curated menu includes a variety of classic and unique, red and white artisanal pies, from plain and pepperoni to pork roll and pineapple, all available to be made gluten-free. In addition to pizza, a selection of salads, wings, tenders, fries, homemade sauces, and non-alcoholic beverages are also available, including the Phony Negroni, a non-alcoholic spritz, and SanBitter.
The neighborhood pizzeria features a hunter green and cream-colored motif through the exterior signage and relaxed dining room. The fresh interior includes a fast-casual pizza counter and seats up to 50 guests at an assortment of booths, tables and chairs. Seasonal patio seating is also available in the front of the shop, adding another 30 seats to the premises.
To celebrate opening day, Barclay Pies has planned a community-focused event. The Backyard Boys will provide live music, and the first 50 customers will receive exclusive branded merchandise. Additionally, $5 from every pizza sold goes to the Cherry Hill Food Pantry.
“We’re excited to bring artisanal pizza, warm hospitality, and good vibes to Cherry Hill,” said owners TJ and Daniel.
Barclay Pies will be open on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
