It looks like Cockadoodle Dan’s Wings & Steaks of Moorestown and Mechanical Brewery in Cherry Hill are cooking up something exciting together.
Both businesses dropped some not-so-subtle hints on social media today about an upcoming collaboration. Neither initially spelled out exactly who they were partnering with, but it didn’t take much detective work to put the pieces together.
Cockadoodle Dan’s teased that fans should “get ready” to see the popular food truck at a second location that serves beer, adding that customers will soon be able to pair its award-winning chicken wings with beer and seltzers while enjoying live music, trivia, cornhole, food challenges, and more.
Mechanical Brewery also put out their own teaser.
The brewery is located at 5 Perina Boulevard, Suite 800, in Cherry Hill, just off Route 70, and the collaboration would give brewery guests a convenient food option while giving Cockadoodle Dan’s another regular place to serve its menu.
Exactly what the arrangement will look like remains to be seen. Neither business has announced final details regarding when the Cockadoodle Dan’s food truck will begin setting up at Mechanical Brewery or how often it will be there, although the teasers make it sound like this could be more than an occasional pop-up.
For fans of both businesses, pairing Cockadoodle Dan’s wings and steaks with locally brewed beer sounds like a pretty natural combination.
Stay tuned. We’ll share more details once Cockadoodle Dan’s and Mechanical Brewery make the full announcement.
