Nunzio by Chef Michael DeLone in Collingswood is partnering with New Ridge Brewing to bring a unique beer-focused dining experience on Thursday, September 22nd, at 6:30 p.m. This is a 21+ event.
Chef Michael and brewers Eric and Chris Endrikat of New Ridge Brewing Co. in Roxborough have worked together to create a five-course food menu that reflects Nunzio’s new and innovative style and incorporates the unique flavors of beer from New Ridge.
The star of the menu is this beautiful porchetta. 🤤
