If you love Japanese food, you’ll be excited to know that Quickway Hibachi will officially open its doors on Monday, July 27, at 10 a.m. at 1586 Kings Highway North in the Ellisburg Circle Shopping Center.
The growing fast-casual concept is making its New Jersey debut, bringing a popular brand that has built a loyal following with more than 60 locations across Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, and other East Coast markets. Now, South Jersey residents will finally get the chance to see what all the excitement is about.
Unlike a traditional sit-down hibachi restaurant, Quickway Hibachi focuses on preparing fresh Japanese-inspired meals quickly without sacrificing quality. Every order is cooked fresh, with vegetables grilled to order, rice and noodles made fresh, and proteins paired with the restaurant’s signature homemade sauces.

The menu features a wide variety of hibachi favorites, including chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, tofu, and combination platters. Guests can also choose from fresh sushi rolls, poke bowls, appetizers, and sides, making it easy for everyone in the family to find something they’ll enjoy.
One of the restaurant’s most popular dishes is its Signature Hibachi Chicken, served with grilled mixed vegetables, fried rice, noodles, and the brand’s famous “super secret sauce” that has helped make Quickway a fan favorite throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
The Cherry Hill location occupies a storefront in the busy Ellisburg Circle Shopping Center, between Honeygrow and Cherry Dry Bar. Its fast-casual format makes it an ideal stop for lunch, dinner, or takeout when you’re craving hibachi without the wait or higher prices often associated with traditional teppanyaki restaurants.
For a limited time to celebrate the Grand Opening, they’re offering BOGO hibachi chicken. Check it out! Business hours are 11am – 9pm daily.
